Terms and Conditions

If attending an online education event, you agree to the following:

  • The provided materials, definitions, codes, scripts, and tutorials of a DFF webinar or any other event are subject to trademark and copyright protection and may not be used commercially without consent from DFF. This applies to originals and copies of the above-mentioned items and the educator’s work. You are only permitted to adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the provided material and tutorials.

  • You may not use DFF's event names, lectures, briefs, programs, files, videos, or any other distributed materials for your own education events, workshops, webinars, degree programs, or any other teaching purposes nor may you impersonate or claim to be a part of DFF.

  • Any materials provided to you for this webinar or any other education event are not to be distributed, sold, traded, or taught without the consent of DFF.

  • You may NOT download, record, redistribute, resale, trade, pirate, reteach, or allow others access to this webinar or any other education event unless stated otherwise or legal action will be taken in the fullest extent of the law and you will be banned from all other DFF education events.

  • Downloading, recording, redistributing, reselling, trading, pirating, reteaching, or allowing others access to this webinar and any of its provided material or any other education event will be treated as and pursued legally as Intellectual Property Theft / Piracy and Copyright Infringement.

  • You may NOT share the same email address as another participant, each participant must register with their own unique email address.

  • DFF is not responsible if you miss the webinar or any other online education event or its recording viewing period and is not obligated to extend the viewing period past the stated expiration date or provide a refund or credit under any circumstance.

  • If this event provides a certificate, then the name you register with will be the name on your certificate (including upper-case and lower-case letters), we cannot change it afterwards so make sure to register with your name written as you want it to appear on the certificate. 

  • If you need an invoice other than the receipt it must be requested to info@avaniworkshop.edu.in no later than 5 days after the purchase of the event, otherwise we cannot produce one.

  • DFF/Avani reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by us. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes, via a banner on the website, email notification, another method, or combination of methods. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • If it turns out that a particular provision of these Terms is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. If you do not comply with these Terms, and we do not take immediate action, this does not indicate that we relinquish any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or credits unless the online education event itself is cancelled. If we do cancel the online education event you will be contacted immediately and refunded the entire amount you paid. We are only responsible for refunding the amount you paid to join the online education event. We are not responsible for refunding any purchases you may have made in preparation of the online education event such as software, hardware, tools, resources, internet connections, etc. We are also not obligated to refund or credit you if you miss the online education event or its recording viewing period. If you need an invoice other than the PayPal receipt it must be requested to info@avaniworkshops.edu.in no later than 5 days after the purchase of the event, otherwise we cannot produce one.
